Dibber, is a global education leader and #1 Scandinavian and Nordic education provider founded in Norway in 2003 by Hans Jacob Sundby and Randi Lauvland, two passionate pedagogues. They made it their life's mission to embark as many children as possible on a magical learning journey to give them the best start in life and the love of lifelong learning.
They opened their first kindergarten in Kristiansand, Norway in 2003 and today, they own close to 600 nurseries and schools worldwide. The group welcomes 50,000 children everyday.
In 2023, with 2 new Nurseries opening their doors in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai and in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, Dibber will be operating 6 nurseries and welcoming more than 600 children in the UAE.

Hans Jacob and Randi, Founders with a Vision
Dibber was founded by Hans Jacob and Randi, two passionate Educators and pedagogues, who have dedicated their lives to their dream of giving every child the opportunity to discover their value. With their mission in mind, they established their very first center in Kristiansand, Norway in 2003 and began focusing on how they could cultivate their vision.
With a combined 40 years of pedagogical experience, they are devoted in crafting quality childhood education. Up until today, they are still overlooking the development of the Dibber childhood.
Through Hans Jacob and Randi’s guidance, Dibber is expanding globally to share the heart culture that drives the company and its approach to early childhood education.
