Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.edu.dibber.com (“the Site”) and your engagement with [Insert Full Legal Entity Name] (“Dibber”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for nursery enquiries, tour bookings, admissions applications, and franchise enquiries in the United Arab Emirates. By using the Site or submitting any form on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, explains how we collect and use personal data, including children’s data, and forms part of your relationship with us.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults. By submitting an enquiry, tour booking, admissions application, or franchise enquiry, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and, where you provide information relating to a child, that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian or are otherwise authorised to provide that information.
 

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including researching Dibber’s nursery programmes, submitting enquiries, booking tours, and applying for admission or franchise opportunities. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
 

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or accounts

  • Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful material

  • Using the Site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality or interfere with any other person’s use of it

  • Scraping, copying, or republishing Site content without our prior written consent


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, or to decline to process any submission, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.


4. Nursery Admissions

Submitting an enquiry or admission application through the Site does not guarantee a place at any Dibber nursery. Admission is subject to availability, our admissions criteria, and any applicable regulatory requirements of the UAE Ministry of Education or relevant local authority (such as KHDA in Dubai, or ADEK in Abu Dhabi). A formal offer of admission, and the terms governing your child’s enrolment, will be set out separately in an enrolment agreement provided directly by the relevant nursery. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an enrolment agreement, the enrolment agreement prevails in relation to your child’s enrolment.

 

5. Tours and Visits

Tour bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant nursery. Dibber reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a tour where necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. Visitors to our nurseries must comply with the health, safety, and safeguarding procedures in place at each location.


6. Fees and Payments

Any registration, admission, or tuition fees payable in connection with enrolment at a Dibber nursery will be communicated separately and are governed by the enrolment agreement, not by these Terms.


7. Site Content and Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up to date, but the Site content is provided for general information only and does not constitute educational, financial, or other professional advice. Programme details, curricula, facilities, fees, and availability may change, and the most current information will always be confirmed directly by the relevant nursery. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, and we may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, characters, and the Dibber name and branding, is the property of Dibber and its licensed affiliates, and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without our prior written consent.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, Dibber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from any reliance on Site content, save where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory UAE law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Emirate, e.g. Dubai], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold.


11. General

  • Changes to these Terms we may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

  • Severability if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect

  • No waiver any failure by Dibber to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not be treated as a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later

  • Entire agreement these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dibber regarding your use of the Site. They do not govern your child’s enrolment, which is subject to a separate enrolment agreement
